Buparvaquone 50 mg
Properties
- Buparvaquone is hydroxynapthoquinones used for the treatment of theileriosis in cattle.
- Napthoquinones are thought to interfere with electron transport within mitochondria at the uboquinone level.
- Spectrum of activity of buparvaquone against Theileria spp
Indications
Buparvaquone is used in the treatment of theileriosis caused by theileria parva.
Dosage Instruction
For Whole Product: By I/M injection.
- 1 ml of product / 20 kg bodyweight as a single dose, in severe and advanced cases, a second treatment may be required at 48-72 hours after the initial injection at the same dose rate.
Warnings and Precautions
- No more than 10ml should be injected into a single site.
Contra Indications
Do not administer intravenously or subcutaneously.

Withdrawal time
- Milk : 2 days
- Meet: 42 days.
Storage
Store at temperature not more than 30ºC in dry and cold place away from sun light and used immediately after opening.

Carton box containing amber glass vials (type II) filled with 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 ml solution with red chlorobutyl rubber stoppers capped with flip off aluminum cap with outer label and an insert leaflet.
